Job Description

RRD, experts in providing marketing, packaging, print and supply chain solutions, is on the look-out for Solutions Design Specialists The Solutions Design Specialist is responsible for creating best industry standard solutions based on clients problem statement, aligned with RRDs business goals and the incumbent will handle highly critical external and internal client engagements, focused on: Designing solutions based on RRD products, service offerings Building proposals Determining, implementing and managing product roadmaps Bid/RFP/RFI support for Sales Supporting implementations - Internal project support coordination and management Establishing strategic partnerships to enhance RRDs service/solution capabilities. This include partner search, onboarding, and management Desired Candidate Profile At least 4 of experience in Presales, Solution Design, Project Management, end-to-end RFP Management Experience in direct client interaction (Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must!!) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and proofreading skills Experience in drafting proposals, RFPs, RFIs, Bids for sales and preparing presentations for marketing or business communications Technology related product management experience is a plus. Ability to articulate clearly technology and marketing solutions through virtual, in-person presentations/meetings. Job details and benefits Remote working option available; Chennai based candidates preferred Shift timings between 2pm to 10pm Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required PMP certification from PMI is an added bonus Salary won't be a constraint for the right fit and will be proposed as per company standards
