Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team as a Portfolio Manager in the Auto Loans domain The ideal candidate will have a strong background in portfolio management, preferably within the ficial services industry

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the portfolio of auto loan products, including Used Car and New Car loans
Ensure maximum release from the NPA pool by achieving required resolution targets
Achieve calling resolution targets for X & 30 buckets for auto loan products
Oversee the collection process to ensure efficient and effective portfolio management
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance metrics and implement necessary adjustments
Engage defaulting members through telephone, emails, and physical visits to recover payments on defaulted accounts

Job Requirements

Graduation/Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the NBFC/Banking industry
Proven experience in portfolio management, preferably within the ficial services industry
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
Ability to manage complex client situations and risk uncertainty in a dynamic priority-setting environment
Knowledge and understanding of collections and market dynamics
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
Operational and system knowledge
