Business Execution Consultant

This role supports the Access Support & Oversight function within CIB COO CAO and requires strong technical, functional, and domain expertise. The position involves processing high volumes of work accurately within established timelines, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to defined procedures. The ideal candidate will challenge conventional approaches, identify process improvements, and deliver innovative solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct ongoing evaluations of end-user access for high-risk applications to identify anomalies.
• Apply rule-based detection to log potential exceptions in a centralized tracking system.
• Review triggered events to validate access appropriateness and process removals where required.
• Maintain detailed metrics for each application, including user counts, LOB access, trigger events, and removal summaries.
• Analyze entitlement definitions to ensure compliance with corporate standards; escalate deficiencies to users and managers.
• Ensure adherence to end-to-end review processes.
• Provide technical guidance and act as SME for the team.
• Deliver new hire and refresher training sessions.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and mentor team members.Identify and implement process improvement initiatives (IDEA projects).

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in banking or mortgage processes.
• Strong expertise in Identity Access Management.
• Knowledge of Securities, Investment Banking, and Foreign Exchange business.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
• University degree in Business or related discipline.
• Familiarity with operational risk frameworks in banking.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to drive projects independently.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
