About the Role:

The RPA Developer will support, maintain, and develop Guardian RPA Solutions supporting Government, Commercial, and Direct to Consumer businesses. The ideal candidate will work extensively on business process automation using UiPath platforms while adhering to RPA development principles and guidelines.

The role involves automating batch files (flat files), desktop applications, websites, and Mainframe systems, and deploying bots from development to production. Collaboration with business and IT stakeholders will be essential to deliver scalable and maintainable RPA solutions.

Education / Experience:

• B.Tech / BE / MCA in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–8 years of experience in IT application development.
• 3+ years of experience in developing RPA solutions with UiPath.
• Experience working with Robotic Enterprise Framework (mandatory).
• Mainframe application automation experience is preferable.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (mandatory).
• Solid background in SDLC lifecycle and debugging complex issues.
• Experience as an RPA Developer using UiPath licensed versions (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots).
• Ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable automation solutions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath platform.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration / TFS is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SDLC process and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience presenting solutions in code walkthroughs and design review sessions.
• Experience with OCR tools (ABBYY, COFAX, Hyper Science, etc.) is a plus.
