Job Description

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

RPA Developer

proficient in

Blue Prism

and automation workflows to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in

SaaS integrations

and

ITSM-based applications

(e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, etc.) and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
Integrate automation workflows with SaaS and ITSM platforms.
Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
Ensure scalability and maintainability of automation scripts and bots.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end automation solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot existing bots for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as an RPA Developer.
Strong expertise in Blue Prism (certification preferred).
Experience with API integration and workflow automation across SaaS and ITSM tools.
Understanding of automation best practices, governance, and security.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
Experience working in Agile environments
