We are seeking experienced and highly skilled RPA Developer to join our growing automation team in Kochi. As an RPA Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that optimize our business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate process requirements into scalable, efficient, and resilient RPA workflows.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, who are passionate about innovation and driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Build robust, reusable, and efficient automation scripts that integrate with various applications, including ERP, CRM, web, desktop, and legacy systems.

Work closely with process owners to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities.

Ensure developed bots meet quality, security, and compliance standards.

Manage the full RPA lifecycle from feasibility assessment, design, development, testing, and deployment to production support.

Monitor and maintain RPA bots post-deployment to ensure accuracy and performance stability.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.

Implement version control, logging, and exception handling best practices.

Innovation & Collaboration

Explore emerging RPA trends and tools, including AI/ML integrations, document understanding, and process mining.

Work collaboratively with IT, Data, and Business Operations teams to align automation initiatives with company objectives.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to internal training and best-practice frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development and deployment.

Strong proficiency in one or more leading RPA platforms:

UiPath (preferred), Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Solid understanding of workflow design, API integration, SQL, and scripting languages (Python, VBScript, or PowerShell).

Experience in process documentation, exception handling, and bot orchestration.

Familiarity with OCR tools (ABBYY, Tesseract) and AI-based automation extensions is a plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for process improvement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
