RPA Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Work closely with the project team to understand business requirements and translate them into effective automation workflows. • Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate and UiPath. • Develop and maintain Python scripts to support automation, data transformation, and system integration tasks. • Utilize database systems to extract, manipulate, and manage data as part of automation processes. • Create clear documentation for automation solutions and support knowledge transfer to internal teams. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation workflows to ensure reliability and scalability. • Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices in RPA and process automation.

Required Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with automation or RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms. • Experience in developing Agentic AI would be a plus • Proficiency in Python programming, particularly for automation and data handling. • Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ability to write and optimize SQL queries. • A proactive learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills in English.
