What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
Build, maintain and enhance internal automation tools - leveraging platforms like Automation Anywhere and similar RPA/AI platforms - to elevate team productivity and streamline repeatable tasks
Adopt an RPA/AI-first approach: collaborate with internal stakeholders to create scalable automation solutions.
Utilize RPA/AI technologies to enhance process automation
Continuously improve RPA/AI and expand automation opportunities.
Work with high-trust systems that may handle sensitive data or business-critical logic, ensuring secure, resilient automation
Stay current with the latest AI models, frameworks and best practices - translating new advances into tangible gains
What You Should Have to Qualify
3 years of experience with automation tools such as Automation Anywhere
3 years of automation development experience
3 years of SQL, JavaScript and Python solutions experience
1 year of Software testing (Unit / Integration / End-to-end tests) experience
Strong skills in debugging across platforms
A proactive, collaborative mindset - able to translate team needs into technically sound AI-enabled solutions, working cross-functionally
Eagerness to continuously learn and apply new AI tools, frameworks and workflows
Be flexible and collaborate openly with others
Be a self starter who enjoys problem solving
Challenge assumptions and find ways to improve productivity
Completion of a B.S. degree or 5 years professional software development experience
