RPA - Developer

Role Overview: You will belong to RPA Digital Technologies team, primarily supporting our tenants/business stakeholders in the area of RPA platform, products, and deliveries. As an RPA Developer, you will be reporting to the Delivery Manager and will be part of a Scrum Team responsible for delivering Automations to various business units within the Volvo Group. Your role will involve Full Stack Development, including designing, developing, validating, and deploying automations of different complexities. Interaction with business users, attending End User demos, capturing requirements, and preparing estimates will be crucial. You will also be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting automations, as well as developing internal tools and products. Key Responsibilities: - Part of Scrum Team, delivering Automations to various business units within the Volvo Group - Full Stack Development: Design, Develop, Validate, and Deploy automations of different complexities - Interaction with business users: Attending End User demos, Requirements Capturing, and Prepare Estimates - Responsible for developing CRs, Maintaining and Supporting Automations - Develop internal tools and products Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years hands-on experience in implementing RPA using UIPath - Hands-on experience in AI tools in UIPath and Azure like communication mining, Document understanding, IDP, IXP, AI Agents, AI Foundry etc - Experience in Python will be an advantage with a good understanding of software engineering - Handled E2E RPA Development - Understand & Analyze requirements, Design, Develop, Validate, and Deploy Automations - Experience in handling business stakeholders on automation opportunities, providing consulting, preparing proposals, and delivering PDD, SDD - Experience in working with end-user systems like web, SAP, outlook, pdf, MS office, Citrix, Mainframes, etc. - Good understanding and worked with Orchestrator, UI Apps, Data Fabric, UiPath Insights, etc. - Basic understanding of Foundations - Agile, Cloud Computing, Security, and DevOps - Experience in working with other RPA products - Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps, Power automate cloud - Certification in UIPath is a plus - Worked in Manufacturing/Automotive domain Please note that the location for this position is Bangalore (BLR).,
