RPA - Developer

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing internal automation tools using platforms like Automation Anywhere and similar RPA/AI platforms. Your role will involve elevating team productivity and streamlining repeatable tasks. You will need to adopt an RPA/AI-first approach by collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop scalable automation solutions. Utilize RPA/AI technologies to enhance process automation and continuously improve RPA/AI by expanding automation opportunities. You will work with high-trust systems handling sensitive data or business-critical logic, ensuring secure and resilient automation. Stay updated with the latest AI models, frameworks, and best practices, translating new advances into tangible gains. Key Responsibilities: - Build, maintain, and enhance internal automation tools using platforms like Automation Anywhere and similar RPA/AI platforms - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create scalable automation solutions - Utilize RPA/AI technologies to enhance process automation - Continuously improve RPA/AI and expand automation opportunities - Work with high-trust systems that handle sensitive data, ensuring secure and resilient automation - Stay current with the latest AI models, frameworks, and best practices Qualifications Required: - 3 years of experience with automation tools such as Automation Anywhere - 3 years of automation development experience - 3 years of SQL, JavaScript, and Python solutions experience - 1 year of Software testing (Unit / Integration / End-to-end tests) experience - Strong skills in debugging across platforms - Proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to translate team needs into technically sound AI-enabled solutions - Eagerness to continuously learn and apply new AI tools, frameworks, and workflows - Flexibility and openness to collaboration - Self-starter with a passion for problem-solving - Ability to challenge assumptions and find ways to improve productivity - Completion of a B.S. degree or 5 years of professional software development experience,
