Royal Service (Operator) - Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Royal Service (Operator) - Executive in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations.

• Manage and coordinate daily activities of the hotel's front desk, concierge, and bell captain.
• Supervise and train staff members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficiency.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
• Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and security to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of hotel transactions and events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, concierge, and bell captain duties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is an asset.
