- Your main responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end project execution from problem definition to implementation, ensuring technical excellence and clear business impact.
- Designing scalable solutions, developing implementation and test plans, and delivering results within agreed timelines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Upholding and contributing to engineering best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvements.
- Developing core product features across platforms such as Jobspikr, 42Signals, and Datastock with production-ready code.
- Continuously learning and adopting new technologies and AI tools to improve code quality and overall engineering efficiency.
- Requirements:
- To excel in this role, you should bring:
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on full-stack development experience using React or Next.js and languages such as Ruby on Rails or Python.
- Exposure to AI tools and practical implementation within engineering workflows.
- Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and RESTful API design principles.
- Ability to write scalable, maintainable, testable code with an agile and high-performance mindset.
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
