Rooms Controller

Role Overview: As an Assistant at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, your main responsibility will be to assist management in various tasks such as hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. You will also be required to serve as a role model and the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Additionally, you will need to report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager and complete safety training and certifications. It will be crucial for you to follow all company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, ensure confidentiality of proprietary information, and anticipate and address guests" service needs. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others and ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards will also be part of your role. You may be required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time, as well as move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable job duties may also be assigned to you.
