Role Description

As a full-time Room Attendant at Monday Hotels, based on-site in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across guest rooms and public areas. Daily tasks include making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies as needed. You will also ensure rooms meet the hotel's high cleanliness standards, address guest requests for additional items, and report any maintenance issues or room damages to the relevant team.

• Proficiency in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining guest rooms and common spaces
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills to efficiently complete daily responsibilities
• Good communication and customer service skills to interact with guests professionally
• Flexibility to adapt to varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a hospitality role is advantageous but not mandatory
