Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Room Attendant based in Bengaluru. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public spaces, refreshing linens and amenities, and fulfilling guest requests with attention to detail. The role involves ensuring adherence to hotel standards and providing a warm, hospitable environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Proficient in housekeeping and cleaning techniques such as sanitizing surfaces, making beds, and maintaining general cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
• Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members and guests to address needs promptly and courteously.
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning equipment and materials.
• Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
