Role Description

As a Branch Manager - CRD, you will be responsible for various aspects of the branch operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Operations:** - Ensure maintenance of service quality, customer satisfaction, and effective service recovery - Coordinate and integrate all functions and services in the location - Implement systems for smooth operation and monitor operational efficiency - Handle crisis situations - Maintain PR with clients, suppliers, associates, Govt. Bodies, Appropriate Authorities, etc. - **Fleet Management:** - Ensure fleet administration is as per ITH standards and policies - Monitor proper fleet allocation to clients based on requirements - Ensure fleet has necessary accessories as per ITH framework - Maintain a proper ratio of chauffeurs to fleet - **Sales & Servicing:** - Develop new clients and increase business from existing clients to meet budgeted figures - Collate and analyze market and performance information - Achieve set targets (budget) - Handle major complaints - **Finances:** - Prepare annual budget for the branch - Monitor fund flow management and practice expense control - Monitor receivables and ensure statutory compliance - Provide report back /MIS with analysis to Corporate office - **HR & Administrative:** - Monitor overall branch administration for efficiency - Ensure Customer Service and Drivers team is adequately staffed with competent professionals - Appraise the team to monitor their performance - Ensure implementation and monitor statutory compliance - Maintain ISO standards as per quality assurance work manual - Manage contractual employees In addition, your competencies should include system and quality orientation, market knowledge, commercial acumen, leadership, resource control, and administration skills. **Educational Qualification:** - Graduate / Hotel Management - MBA in Marketing or Finance **Experience:** - Minimum 10-15 years in the trade, with 5-7 years as a branch head in a reputed car rental company.,
