Role Overview

Skillship is looking for an experienced Teacher Trainer to conduct a 7-day intensive training program on Arduino and ESP32 programming using Python and MicroPython. The trainer will guide school teachers through practical sessions, help them build real-world projects, and enable them to integrate these technologies effectively into classroom learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging, hands-on training sessions on Arduino and ESP32 using Python/MicroPython.

• Explain fundamental and advanced concepts such as GPIO control, sensor interfacing, motor control, Wi-Fi communication, and data visualization.

• Guide teachers in developing project-based learning modules suitable for school students.

• Prepare daily lesson plans, presentations, and learning materials.

• Assess participant understanding and provide constructive feedback.

• Report progress and training outcomes to the Skillship coordination team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Electronics or related field.

• Strong working knowledge of Arduino IDE, ESP32, and Python/MicroPython.

• Experience in IoT, sensor integration, and automation projects.

• Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Passion for education and technology.
