Job Overview

We are a product-based EdTech company on a mission to make AI, Robotics, and Coding playful, engaging, and experience-driven for school students and teachers.

NexTech is looking for a full-time Regional AI & Robotics Trainer who is passionate about teaching future technologies and training school teachers and students using innovative and hands-on methodologies.

You will be responsible for delivering technology-driven, experiential, and activity-based training programs in schools and teacher training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging classroom sessions on Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Coding, and STEM for school students.

Deliver teacher training programs (offline/online) on AI, Robotics, and emerging technologies.

Implement hands-on, project-based learning activities using robotics kits, Arduino, sensors, and AI tools.

Monitor student learning outcomes and adapt teaching strategies for better understanding and growth.

Mentor and guide students for competitions, Olympiads, exhibitions, and hackathons.

Collaborate with the content and academic team for curriculum execution and feedback.

Stay updated with latest trends in AI, Robotics, and STEM education.

Represent NexTech professionally during school visits, demos, and training sessions.

Required Skills

Strong interest and passion for teaching children and educators.

Knowledge or experience in:

Robotics

Electronics & Sensors

Arduino / Microcontrollers

IoT (basic)

Artificial Intelligence (basic concepts/tools)

Proficiency in Python programming (preferred).

Interest in DIY projects, creativity, paper crafts, and hands-on activities.

Passion to bring innovative change in the Indian education system.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fluency in English and Hindi.

Ability to manage and engage large groups of students and teachers.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, travel-intensive, and growth-oriented environment.

Proficiency in computer applications and internet tools.

Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. – Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, IT

OR

B.Sc – IT, Electronics, Physics or equivalent qualification

Minimum 1 year experience in teaching/training (school/college/EdTech preferred).

Minimum 1 year experience in AI, Robotics, Python, or STEM Education (preferred).
