What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in

  robotics software development

  using Python/C++
• Solid understanding of

  ROS / ROS2

  , navigation stacks, SLAM, perception, and motion planning
• Experience integrating

  LiDAR, depth cameras, IMUs

  , and custom sensors
• Ability to architect and build

  high-performance, real-time systems

• Hands-on with

  computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, Deep Learning)

• Familiarity with

  Docker, Linux

  , and deployment on embedded compute (Jetson, NUC, IPC, etc.)
• Comfort working with

  hardware teams

  to debug systems, tune parameters, and push robots into production
• Strong debugging skills and ability to deliver clean, maintainable code
• Experience with

  fleet management, autonomy pipelines, or cloud robotics

  is a huge plus
