Job Description

Profile: RM & SRM (direct sales) Exp: 1+ year of experience in life insurance Location : Kanpur, Varanasi & Jaipur Purpose of Role: The primary responsibility of the RM/ Sr. RM is to sell insurance policies by generating leads though retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads leads that received from the channel apart from sourcing business Key Responsibilities Increase the top of funnel by driving period BTL activates, generating referral form prospect customers to generate a bigger prospect base. Maximize virtual connects with the qualified prospects using various digital platforms along with other social media platforms. Adopt need based selling (Tailor make recommendation based on customers profile) and assist and coordinate with customers to facilitate smooth policy insurance.
