• Terminal Handling: Ensure accurate and timely execution of client orders to the exchange.
• Client Level Allocation: Manage proper allocation of trades and transactions at the client level to the exchange.
• Margin Reporting: Oversee daily margin monitoring and reporting to ensure adequate client coverage and compliance with exchange norms. • MTF (Margin Trading Facility): Manage MTF operations, including monitoring client limits, exposure, and adherence to SEBI/exchange guidelines.
• Billing: Oversee accurate and timely billing of clients, ensuring all applicable charges are accounted for.
• DP Settlement: Handle all DP-related activities such as pay-in, pay-out, corporate actions (CA), pledge/unpledge, and reconciliation.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all RMS and DP operations comply with SEBI, Exchange, and depository regulations. Prepare and submit required reports within deadlines.
• Strong understanding of Risk Management Systems (RMS),Depository Operations, and Exchange Mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with NSE/BSE/MCX and NSDL/CDSL systems.
• Familiarity with MTF operations, margin management, and settlement processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and back-office software.
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
