Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new and nurture existing relationships with HNI customers, focusing on
liabilities products
such as Current and Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and other deposit schemes.
Maintain high levels of
customer service orientation
and ensure adherence to bank policies and procedures.
Proactively
cross-sell
a wide range of banking products and services to enhance the overall customer relationship.
Inform clients about new products, features, and enhancements to encourage greater product adoption.
Plan, coordinate, and execute
special sales initiatives, client events
, and promotional activities targeting prospective and existing HNI customers.
Collaborate with other group companies and internal teams to offer
seamless access to complementary financial products
.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive relationship records for all assigned accounts.
Track and manage customer complaints, queries, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in managing HNI relationships, preferably in liabilities or deposit products.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to cross-sell multiple banking products.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering superior service.
Good understanding of banking products, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Ability to plan and execute client engagement activities and events effectively.
