Branch Receivable Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Receivables Management:
Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio
, ensuring timely payments from customers.
Develop and implement effective strategies to
minimize bad debt
and improve cash flow.
Collections & Collaboration:
Collaborate with the collections team
to resolve outstanding issues and reduce delinquencies.
Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and resolving disputes promptly.
Analysis & Compliance:
Analyze and report on receivable performance metrics
, providing insights for improvement.
Ensure strict
compliance
with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables.

Job Requirements

Experience & Knowledge:
Professional experience in the BFSI industry
, with a background in a bank or NBFC setting.
Strong knowledge of
accounting principles
, financial regulations, and banking practices.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Strong
analytical and reporting skills
, with attention to detail and accuracy.
