Position: Restaurant Manager (RM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  daily floor operations

  to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain excellent

  guest relations

  and resolve service concerns.
• Supervise, train, and motivate

  service staff & team leaders

  .
• Coordinate between

  Kitchen, Service & Bar

  teams to ensure operational flow.
• Monitor

  inventory, stock, cost control & vendor coordination

  .
• Ensure high standards of

  Hygiene, Safety & SOP compliance

  .
• Oversee table reservations, event bookings & peak-hour management.
• Report operational updates to Management regularly.
• Drive

  revenue growth

  & maintain service quality standards.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum

  3–5 years experience

  as Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager.
• Strong background in

  Lounge / Bar / Premium Restaurant

  operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and guest handling abilities.
• Candidates with

  Delhi NCR hospitality experience

  will be preferred.
