Dear Candidate, Urgent opening with leading bank This opening is for RM Home loans Grade : M2-M3-M4 CTC : Upto 11.50 LPA Location : Across Mumbai (Kalina,Borivali,Thane & Vashi) It is an Individual roleRM needs to source the business through DSAs and empanel new DSAs from marketExperience in Mortgage and working in DSA vertical will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Understand customers' home loan needs and financial situations. Provide personalized advice to clients on the best loan products available. Home Loan Product Knowledge: Have in-depth knowledge of various home loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria. Offer customers tailored solutions based on their financial profiles. Loan Application Process: Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Assist clients in submitting required documents for processing. Follow up with underwriters or credit teams to ensure timely loan approvals. Client Support and Issue Resolution: Address any concerns or issues clients might have regarding their loans. Help clients with queries related to payments, interest rates, loan disbursal, etc. Cross-Selling Other Products: While focusing on home loans, Relationship Managers may also cross-sell other banking products such as insurance, savings accounts, and personal loans to clients. Performance Targets: Relationship Managers are often given performance targets in terms of loan disbursement, client satisfaction, and revenue generation. They are expected to meet these targets while providing a high level of customer service. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to provide the best advice to clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of banking products, particularly home loans. Attention to detail, especially when handling documentation. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Education and Experience: A bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field is often required. Previous experience in banking, especially in loans or mortgages, is highly valued. Knowledge of financial products and the ability to understand clients' needs.
