Manager Weaving / Supervisors and to achieve optimum output JD Key point : Handholding experience on Looms such as Doiner , NP, etc. is must Job Description 1 To use all resources to get maximum Production 2Monitoring of work allocation 3Breakages study and to take remedial action 4Analysis of Low Productive Machines and to take corrective actions 5Loom setting according to Quality 6 Responsible for Quality issues of running Production in Shift. 7 To check and take feedback from inspection dept. For quality issues and to attend looms & defect free fabric production to take corrective action to control waste % To implement and follow the instruction of G- SHIFT Seniors Responsible for Shift manpower for: Allocation of work , Discipline , Training , safety awareness , Disciplinary etc Industry: Textile Qualification : B. Tech Textile Technology , with experience in Dornier looms Experience : 15-20 yrs as Manager in Loom ( weaving ) AGE : 40 yrs above CTC : 18 LPA+ Family Accommodation Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
