Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager Liquid Filtration Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat Company: Khosla Profil Pvt Ltd Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our Liquid Filtration segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong B2B sales background, with at least 15 years of experience and a Chemical Engineering degree. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for Liquid Filtration products. Drive B2B sales and expand the customer base in the industrial filtration sector. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product positioning and brand visibility. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive sales strategies. Provide leadership and guidance to the regional sales and marketing teams. Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 15 years in B2B sales and marketing. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of filtration and filter fabric is a plus. Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets.
