We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a team of advisors in our Retail Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of advisors, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
1. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of advisors to achieve targets and performance goals.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.
3. Ensure excellent customer service and support to clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
5. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
6. Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
