The Two-Wheeler Loans department is a part of Retail Lending business of the bank which offers TW Loans to all categories of customers Pan IndiaAbout the RoleProduct Lead is responsible to achieve business goals and profitability by way of strategic initiatives, drive P&L and engaging in business development activities to drive growth and profitability The Product Lead is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of a product or product line They collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, credit, Digital Banking, IT, CARO, marketing, and sales and other stakeholders - to define product goals, prioritize features, and ensure successful deliveryDetails of the RoleDepartmentRetail LendingGradeSM/ AVPSub-DepartmentRL- WheelsReporting (Business)SVP - I/ SVP - IILocationMumbaiReporting (Matrix)Responsible for designing and launching new products and streamlining existing processes to increase new customer acquisitionAligning the onboarding platforms with the competition financers to enhance customer experience and reduced TATCross-functional collaboration for formulating and implementing new processes and/ or modifying existing processes and addressing queries/ clarifications sought by Sales TeamEnsuring rate and payout matrix planning for each quarter and roll out of the same to Sales & OperationsDesign and launch contests and schemes for employees and Channel PartnersMonitor pricing, revenue generation, portfolio performance including budgetary, expansion and long-term business planningMonitoring portfolio delinquency and aligning with the collection team to improve sourcing and identifying delinquent locationsDriving business volumes by organizing cadences with Sales team regularly, monitoring business productivity and ensuring continuous growthTracking critical business metrics like fee income, IRR, productivity, PDD, etc and ensure it is in line with budgeted numbersEnd to end planning, coordination, development of digital journey by coordinating closely with DBAT and IT teamInvolvement in new projects (adhoc) to enable business growthInteraction and relationship building with OEMs for driving market share of Axis Bank within each OEM, onboarding strategic partners and DSAsEnsuring adherence to regulatory guidelines as applicable to business and closure of audit & compliance observationsOwning P&L for each Income & Cost items and increasing the portfolio revenue by reducing opex and cost parametersEnsuring timely payout release along with channel onboarding Responsible to increase customer retention and engagement to improve Net Promoter Score and customer satisfactionDriving business through INF dealers and increase retail penetration from Sakaar ChannelsQualifications:Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute5+ years of work experienceRole ProficienciesStrong understanding of retail banking productsProficient in capitalizing on business opportunities for TW Loans, understanding and resolving the challenges and gaps faced in the businessKey competence in management of diverse internal and external stakeholders, complex client and partner relationshipsKnowledge of latest developments in market and industry, ability to translate and implement the same to drive businessCapability to handle pressure and meet deadlinesSkill in managing teams; coaching and mentoring team membersCompetence in managing within a dynamic, priority-setting environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to converse and be impactful across all levels internally as well as at a client s organization
