Role Overview

Risk Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment):
Conduct and maintain RCSA processes to identify and evaluate risks and controls.
Risk Profile:
Develop and update risk profiles for business units, ensuring alignment with organizational risk appetite.
Control Design:
Design and assess controls to mitigate identified risks effectively.
Risk Reporting:
Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Risk Committee Coordination:
Support risk committee meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
Risk Policy Development:
Draft and update risk management policies and frameworks in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Experience:
in risk management, internal audit, or related roles.
Strong understanding of risk frameworks and governance practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial services, consulting, or large corporates preferred.
