Risk Management Specialist

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure online gaming environment at PlayGames24x7 by performing account validations, investigations, withdrawal verifications, and handling limit increase requests for users. Your main duties will include: - Observing users" playing behavior, analyzing patterns, and trends - Rapidly identifying and mitigating suspected fraudulent activities - Investigating suspicious withdrawal requests and taking appropriate actions - Reporting any abnormal issues or situations to the concern department - Handling communication calls related to limit increase, counseling, and collusion responsible play features To excel in this role, you should possess the following knowledge and skills: - Any graduate (Engineers are not preferred) - Analytical thinker with a mathematical mindset - Advanced proficiency in English, both verbal and written - Ability to work different shifts, including night shifts, and willingness to take additional shifts - High sense of responsibility - Quick reaction and attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in stressful situations - Knowledge of a South Indian language would be an added advantage (Tamil/Telugu, etc.) This position is located in Bangalore.,
