Job Description

The Specialist for Core Compensation Processes plays a vital role in supporting the Global Lead for Reward Programs and Solution with the implementation and execution of global reward programs. This includes providing functional and technical expertise, as well as conducting data analysis and modeling, in ensuring successful program rollouts. This role will be based in Bangalore (India)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead with the implementation and execution of global reward programs (e.g., salary review, STI/bonus).
  • Provide functional and technical support throughout the reward program lifecycle, including program design, development, and launch.
  • Short term incentive
  • Program Administration: This role is responsible for the end-to-end administration of the short-term incentive (STI) programs. This includes setting up performance metrics and targets on the technology platform, calculating payouts, and ensuring all data and calculations are accurate and compliant.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: The specialist analyses incentive plan data to track performance, identify trends, and model potential plan changes. They are also responsible for preparing and presenting reports on plan effectiveness to leadership.
  • Compliance and Governance: This position ensures the incentive program is compliant with all relevant company policies, legal regulations, and tax requirements, and maintains proper documentation and governance for audit.
  • Global Pay Review Process
  • Process Management: Role supports the annual global pay review process, ensuring a smooth, consistent, and timely execution across all business units and countries.
  • System and Data Management: Role is responsible for managing the data within the compensation management software, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support to HR and managers during the process.
  • Communication and Training: This position develops and delivers communication and training materials to help managers and employees understand the pay review process, guidelines, and timelines.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in some or all aspects total rewards.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a qualification in Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering.
  • Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, VBA.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and functions will be important.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones is a requirement.
