Revenue Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Revenue Manager to oversee pricing strategies and maximize revenue across all sales channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting to ensure optimal room occupancy and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to optimize RevPAR and occupancy. Monitor and adjust rates across all online and offline distribution channels. Analyze booking trends, market demand, and competitor performance to make data-driven decisions. Manage OTA performance, including rate parity, content accuracy, and promotional campaigns. Prepare regular revenue reports and forecasts for management review. Monitor group bookings, corporate contracts, and long-stay reservations to maximize profitability.
