Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to maximize hotel revenue, analyzing and forecasting market trends, and creating pricing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring competitor pricing, reviewing and optimizing inventory distribution, and preparing detailed reports on revenue performance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Experience in revenue management, pricing strategies, and market analysis
• Proficiency in revenue management software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
