Job description Position- Assistant Revenue Manager/ Revenue Manager Location - Andheri East (on-site) Shift Timings- 3:00PM-12:00AM Company: Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions We are looking for a Revenue Management for Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions, a Hotel Management Company with a portfolio of more than 60 hotels and over 10,000 rooms across various brands throughout the United States. Website: www.blueskyhospitalitysolutions.com Requirements: 1. Experience: 1+ years of revenue management experience. Comprehensive knowledge of large hotel brands revenue management (Hilton GRO, Marriott One Yield, Hyatt Pro and IHG Systems will be preferred ). In-depth understanding of tools, including spreadsheets and statistical methods for data analysis. Strong analytical skills to identify relevant data and make informed revenue-related decisions. Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, security and safety programs, budget forecasting, and more. Proficiency in using PMS, reservation, and revenue management systems to implement optimal strategies. Responsibilities: Overseeing the ENTIRE Portfolio: Optimizing Room and Catering revenue for their ENTIRE portfolio of hotels, including full- service hotels and select-service hotels specializing in our specific brands. Collaborate with their team members who, in turn, collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Sales, Front Office teams, across the entire portfolio. Analytic & Strategic Planning: Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize revenues for their diverse hotel portfolio. Analyze market trends, competitor data, and guest insights to stay ahead in the industry. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest revenue management trends and technologies to ensure our hotels remain competitive. Implement quality assurance programs and contribute to long-range planning. Reporting & Data Entry: Generate performance reports on key metrics and market trends. Ensure accurate data entry into systems for pricing, availability, and performance tracking. Develop real-time dashboards for tracking and monitor forecasting and budgeting data. Why Join Us: 1.
