Head/ CEO - Leading Gems & Jewellery Lab- Jaipur/ Delhi Educational Qualification Graduate chemistry/Physics /Jewerlly PG in Management studies Training Acquired in Quality Management systems as per ISO 17025 will be added advantage Role: The CEO / Head will be responsible for providing Leadership and Management to Lab. Develop a brand name in the industry. Raise credibility of Labs Establish governance in Labs Work with Lab Heads for effective operations/functioning of Labs Work closely with management/ Board to achieve the objective Standardization of lab processes as per the ISO standards. Develop management team for growth Business Development, Marketing, Corporate Communication Responsible for Lab Business Operations Expertise in Laboratory Quality Management System. Responsible for process control and leading process improvement efforts to refine quality assurance protocols and increase compliance with quality goals. Responsible for maintaining of quality standards and procedures to minimize errors . Demonstrated strong ability in expanding the laboratory testing division and improvement in Quality Management system. Should be comfortable for travelling pan India.
