Requirements: 1. Experience: · 2+ years of revenue management experience. · Comprehensive knowledge of large hotel brands revenue management. · In-depth understanding of tools, including spreadsheets and statistical methods for data analysis. · Strong analytical skills to identify relevant data and make informed revenue-related decisions. · Knowledge of hotel operations, marketing plans, budget forecasting, and more. · Proficiency in using PMS, reservation, and revenue management systems to implement optimal strategies. Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing a set portfolio: · Take the lead in optimizing Room and Catering revenue for their set portfolio of hotels, including full-service hotels and selected hotels specializing in our specific brands. · Collaborate with their team members who, in turn, collaborate with General Managers, Directors of Sales, Front Office teams, across the entire portfolio. 2.Strategic Planning: · Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize revenues for their diverse hotel portfolio. · Analyze market trends, competitor data, and guest insights to stay ahead in the industry. 3. Continuous Improvement: · Stay updated with the latest revenue management trends and technologies to ensure our hotels remain competitive. · Implement quality assurance programs and contribute to long-range planning. 4. Reporting & Data Entry: · Generate performance reports on key metrics and market trends. · Ensure accurate data entry into systems for pricing, availability, and performance tracking. · Develop real-time dashboards for tracking and monitor forecasting and budgeting data.
