Professional & Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, leading Retail Media Transformation projects across consumer companies globally within the Retail, E-commerce or Consumer Goods industry. Deep expertise across all ad products (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP, etc.) is crucial. This includes understanding bidding strategies, targeting options, reporting metrics, and best practices for campaign optimization. Experience working with C level executives. An ability to work with the leadership to support business development and thought leadership. Be adept at working in a fast-paced dynamic environment both offshore and onshore locations. Strong communication and presentation skills to share the perfect pitch with key stakeholders. Strong client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders. MBA from a Tier 1 institute. Deep understanding of the technical aspects of major retail media platforms (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Strategy, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
