Returns Co-Ordinator

Returns Co-ordinator – iBELL Tools (Aluva / Kochi)

We are looking for a Returns Coordinator (Male) to lead and manage the entire product returns and dispatch operations. This role will oversee the supervisors responsible for e-commerce marketplace returns. The ideal candidate must have a technical background, preferably in electronics or power tools servicing, with strong leadership and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full returns flow from Amazon and Flipkart.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of returns supervisors.
• Ensure timely inspection, processing, and reporting of returned products.
• Coordinate technical evaluation of returned items and ensure proper classification (repair, resale, scrap).
• Approve and monitor repairs, replacements, or disposals in coordination with the service team.
• Maintain centralized records of all return entries, product conditions, and movement.
• Monitor inventory movements between warehouse, service center, and showroom.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management on return trends, root causes, and process improvements.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Quality, Sales, and Logistics teams to resolve product return issues.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/ITI or Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical
• Experience: 3–6 years in product servicing, returns handling, or operations coordination
• Preferred Industry: Power tools, Electronics, or Consumer Durable products
• Strong technical skills to understand and assess returned product conditions
• Proven experience in team handling or supervisor-level coordination
• Good communication, reporting, and leadership abilities
• Computer proficiency (Excel, Email, ERP software, reporting tools)
