We are looking for a Senior Manual Tester who is sharp, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality software products.

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications and data-driven products.

Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and exploratory testing across browsers and devices.

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure coverage.

Log, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Conduct root cause analysis and provide valuable insights to the development team.

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile/Scrum team.

Contribute to continuous improvements in QA processes and standards.

4 to 6 years of strong experience in manual testing of web-based applications.

Excellent understanding of STLC, test case design, bug lifecycle, and QA best practices.

Experience in testing BI/Analytics platforms, data visualizations, or enterprise SaaS products is a strong plus.

Familiarity with SQL for data validation and testing.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good understanding of cross-browser testing and responsive UI testing.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) is a plus but not mandatory.

Basic understanding of performance or security testing concepts.
