Role Description

Retention & CRM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch & optimize campaigns across

  Email, WhatsApp, SMS & Push

  .
• Build automated flows for

  abandoned cart, post-purchase upsells, product launches & win-back campaigns

  .
• Own KPIs:

  repeat purchase rate, LTV, retention-driven revenue growth

  .
• Segment customers and personalize campaigns to maximize engagement & conversions.
• Collaborate with design/content team to craft high-performing communication.
• Report on performance metrics and recommend retention growth strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–4 years proven experience in

  Retention / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing

  (E-commerce / D2C is a must).
• Prior experience with

  fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or other D2C brands

  (preferred).
• Strong understanding of

  customer segmentation, retention funnels, LTV, CAC payback period

  .
• Hands-on experience with tools like

  Klaviyo, Mailmodo, MoEngage, or similar

  .
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication & creative campaign planning abilities.
