About the Project:

TRRAIN PANKH is a livelihood training and placement initiative by the TRRAIN Foundation, focused on empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through skills training and job readiness for the retail and service sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on retail skills, communication, customer service, and soft skills using TRRAIN’s curriculum
• Conduct both in-person and virtual sessions using engaging, learner-friendly methods
• Adapt training content for candidates with hearing, orthopedic, or visual impairments
• Track attendance, learner progress, and provide assessment reports
• Support mobilization, job placement, and post-placement tracking
• Participate in trainer onboarding, learning sessions, and quality checks
• Be responsive to monitoring visits, reporting, and feedback mechanisms

Qualification & Skills Required:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
• Experience:
• At least 1 year in training (retail, employability, customer service, or communication skills)
• Prior work with Persons with Disabilities (preferred)
• Certifications: RASCI certified (preferred but not mandatory)
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi; working knowledge of English
• Tech Skills: Comfortable with digital tools and virtual training platforms
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, adaptability, and motivation

• Initial shortlisting and interview by ZINDGI SMILE team
• Final interview by TRRAIN’s Regional Team
• Livelihood Head approval
• Offer & onboarding
• One-batch probation review
