Retail Trainer

As a Retail Trainer, your role involves delivering high-impact classroom and on-the-job training sessions to equip new hires with the necessary skills to excel in their roles. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the Class Room Training (CRT) program, monitoring learner progress, and coaching underperforming employees. Your accountability lies in improving the quality and throughput performance of new hires, ensuring their success, and enhancing overall employee performance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct engaging classroom training sessions for new hire employees. - Ensure seamless execution of the CRT program and On-The-Job Training (OJT), monitoring learner progress. - Utilize interactive training techniques like role-plays, case studies, and scenario-based learning. - Oversee the training journey from onboarding to completion, providing proper handholding for new hires. - Track and analyze the performance of new hires, monitoring throughput performance during NHT. - Conduct store visits to assess real-time learning applications and provide in-store coaching. - Collaborate with store managers to address performance gaps and maintain training databases. Required Skills & Competencies: - 3+ years of experience in Retail Training. - Strong facilitation and communication skills. - Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and Microsoft Excel. - Knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and sales training. - Ability to multitask, manage training programs across multiple locations, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. - Experience in CRT implementation, store-level coaching, and mentoring retail employees at different levels.
