About Us:
Zindgi Smile Foundation works to empower Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through skill development, training, and job placements. We are seeking a dedicated Hearing Impairment Trainer to deliver accessible vocational training and prepare candidates for employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for candidates with hearing impairment.
• Use Indian Sign Language (ISL) and visual teaching aids to deliver content.
• Adapt lesson plans for different skill levels and learning speeds.
• Assess candidates’ progress and provide individual support.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and reports.
• Support trainees during job placement processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Indian Sign Language (ISL).
• Minimum 1 year of experience training or working with persons with hearing impairment.
• Strong communication, patience, and adaptability.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or vocational training preferred.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Day shift
