Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead the operations of a premium fashion and apparel retail showroom in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the retail, fashion, or apparel industry and should be capable of handling team management, customer service, and daily store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
• Manage and motivate sales staff to meet targets
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team
• Handle cash management, billing, and reporting
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Train new staff and conduct regular performance reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in retail/apparel/fashion industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach with sales-driven mindset
• Ability to handle team and store independently
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel, emails, etc.)
• Graduation preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong

Working Hours: Full-time, including weekends and holidays (weekly off provided)
