Job Description

Ensure excellent brand presentation in line with brand standards at all times
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/annual store targets
Lead, train, and motivate the store team for high productivity and customer satisfaction
Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver premium service experience
Oversee visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
Ensure operational excellence including store opening/closing, SOP adherence, and reporting
Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and coordination with HO
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Key Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a womenswear designer store or EBO
Strong understanding of luxury / premium retail
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
Good knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management
Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
