Retail Store Manager

General Office Management:  Keeping the space tidy and presentable at all times for walk-ins;  Drinking Water at the office;  Meals at the office for teams;  Supplies and Materials Tracker - ensuring office supplies are properly and timely stocked;  Stationery to be refilled and restocked timely, including pen ink refills, notebooks, etc and printer ink cartridges.  Preparing the office for events;  Managing the inventory on display including for events:  Identifying fast moving / popular categories and sizes in demand and stocking the shelves appropriately;  Steam iron all items properly for presenting;  Arranging according to size;  Ensuring all product price tags are visible and complete  Updating the register for inventory on display (manual register)  Managing inventory online:  Updating sold products on the website from offline sales and internal inventory sheet trackers;  Uploading new products for sales on the website;  Coordinating with vendor and internal team to ensure accurate product information and image for each product to be uploaded;  Visual merchandising of the office (deciding placement of racks, products, billing counter etc to ensure maximum enjoyability and purchase uptake (including cross selling of upcycled products) to walk in customers;  Managing customer communication:  Managing customers who walk in for drop offs and sales (on-going, custom bookings and on event days) Attending calls for queries;  Calling customers for events and queries received through whatsapp / instagram / website;  Texting customers details on whatsapp;  Whatsapp community messaging;  Instagram stories and WhatsApp stories for customer engagement;  Instagram and website queries replies.  Making sales:  Sales pitch  Cross selling  Billing and Invoicing  Packaging and Greeting  Post-purchase follow up for review  Digitising and maintain customer data online:  General vendor management  Coordinating with the team for other activities and helping out during shoot days, or in down time, help out team for new inventory upload etc.
