Retail Store Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for the overall safety, operations, people management, customer experience, and business performance of the Shell retail site. The role ensures strict compliance with Shell HSSE, BSS, NMPI, and statutory requirements, while maintaining high standards of site readiness, fuel quality, and cash control. The Site Manager leads and develops the site team, ensures effective staffing and training, drives sales across fuel, lubricants, shop, café, and services, and executes Local Area Marketing activities to grow business. The role also focuses on delivering exceptional customer experience, resolving complaints, capturing VOC, and creating memorable customer moments. The Site Manager is accountable for financial discipline, inventory control, loss prevention, audit readiness, and accurate reporting, while coordinating with Shell, vendors, and authorities to ensure smooth site functioning.
