Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Store Manager, based in Indore. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing the store team. Responsibilities include driving sales performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment for customers. The role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a pleasant and fulfilling customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention, demonstrating the ability to manage store operations and reduce shrinkage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in retail management with a good track record in achieving sales targets and team development.
