Job Summary

Bontrue Furniture is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our luxury showroom in Hyderabad. The role focuses on driving high-value sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and managing end-to-end showroom operations while upholding premium brand standards.

About Bontrue :

• Sales & Revenue Growth

- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for luxury furniture.
- Drive conversion, average order value, and repeat business through relationship-led selling.- Build and manage a strong clientele base including walkin customers, architects, and interior designers.

• Customer Experience

- Deliver a refined and personalized luxury shopping experience.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure end-to-end satisfaction.- Maintain showroom aesthetics, visual merchandising, and brand presentation.

• Store Operations

- Manage daily showroom operations, billing, inventory, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure POS accuracy, stock control, and minimal shrinkage.- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and installation teams for timely deliveries.

• Team Leadership

- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing luxury sales team.
- Monitor performance, conduct reviews, and drive productivity.- Maintain discipline, engagement, and service excellence.

• Compliance & Safety

- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, audits, and statutory compliances.
- Safeguard high-value merchandise, store assets, and customer data.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong sales orientation with luxury or premium retail exposure.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.- Proven leadership and people management abilities.- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of luxury furniture, materials, finishes, and design concepts.- Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and retail ERP software.
